urbanest were awarded ESG Developer of the Year and New-Build Project of the Year for urbanest Battersea, in collaboration with Allford Hall Monaghan Morris, at Property Week’s ESG Edge Awards.

The ESG Edge awards recognise achievements in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices within the property industry. The awards celebrate organisations who are making outstanding contributions to ESG in areas like sustainability, community engagement, and good governance.

Winning both Developer of the Year and New-Build Project of the Year highlights urbanest’s credentials as a sustainable developer and operator beyond just the Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) sector, but in the property industry as a whole.
