We have communities in Hoxton, overlooking Tower Bridge, at King’s Cross, on Regent’s Canal, by Westminster Bridge and in Vauxhall, Victoria and the heart of the City of London. We opened the largest Passivhaus student community in the UK at Battersea Power Station in September 2024 and in 2026 we will be opening Europe’s largest mixed-use Passivhaus development at Canary Wharf.
