This landmark community is sited at the southern end of Westminster Bridge, overlooking London’s South Bank, the Thames and the Houses of Parliament. Home to more than 1,100 students, a leading international sixth form college and a low-cost incubator space for small businesses operating in the built environment, the facilities within the development provide a thriving hub for the local community.
Overlooking the London Eye, the roof terrace also provides the ideal (and very popular invitation-only) vantage point from which to enjoy London’s fireworks on New Year’s Eve. The building has even provided a dramatic backdrop for the climactic scene in the James Bond film, Spectre.
urbanest Westminster Bridge opened in 2015 after a complex development process. The unique design of the building required the production of 3,000 bespoke exterior cladding panels which were built in Austria, painted in Slovenia and finished in Germany. Every floor is a different size and every room a different shape, meaning that all the furniture and the fittings are bespoke to each room.

The heath club in the basement is so large that it required 4,000 lorries to remove the earth and waste and over 50,000 tonnes of concrete to make up the basement structure and frame.
